For years, oenologists, cellar masters, and winemakers have enjoyed immersing themselves in the image of the painter and his palette of colors to describe the magic of Champagne blends.

The “Du Côté des Renoir” site and its partner Champagne houses have decided to take this approach of combining art and great cuvées even further.

Elegance, roundness, femininity, seduction, harmony… Many are the words that can describe both a work of art and a great wine.

It was in the house of Pierre-Auguste Renoir, still imbued with the presence of the great Master of Impressionism, that our panel of experts gathered for an exciting day of tasting.

The result exceeded our expectations ! Convergence of choices, quality of comments. A new way of describing champagnes, and, at the end, a sparkling look at Renoir’s works.
